We do not collect any personal information through cookies or other means on this web site, so the personal data we hold will be limited to any that you provide if you send us an e-mail or use the form on the Contact page. This information will be used only to respond to your e-mail, unless we have a legal obligation to disclose it to a third party, or it is needed to defend our legal rights or in legal proceedings. These are our legitimate interests in your data. We shall retain the information only while it is necessary for these purposes, which will in most cases be for no more than one year. The e-mail or form content will normally be encrypted but may be stored outside the EU by our e-mail service provider. If your browser does not support encryption, you will be offered the ability to send your message unencrypted. Our public key is available from the OpenPGP key server.
